THE FIZZI SWEET SPOT

The Fizzi Sweet Spot is a data-driven protocol designed to find the exact level of effort where your body builds strength without causing too much pain.We use two metrics:
The Pain Scale, which scores perceived pain on a scale from 0 to 10
And the Rate of Perceived Exertion, or RPE, which scores the percieved effort needed to perform the exercise on a scale from 1 to 10

  1. High Effort (RPE 7-9): Challenging the muscle to create new, resilient tissue.

  2. Low Pain (1-4): Keeping you safe and consistent every single week.

The OA Strength Protocol
